A straight forward appraisal, and well considered diagnosis. He said the oven was too old to find replacement parts for it. Then recommended using it in its disabled condition rather than replace it because it was still a high quality unit and newer items just don’t measure up…

The contractor was fabulous. They went above and beyond to make sure my oven was working for Thanksgiving. I scheduled the appointment on Sunday and they fixed my oven on Tuesday. Everyone else said it would take a week to get the part but they got it delivered express overnight. Their prices were reasonable and I am so so grateful for Kal’s work. They saved my holiday. We contacted Kal to repair our oven. We described the problem and gave him the model number and he diagnosed it over the phone. They no longer made the parts for the appliance and Kal was very upfront and honest about not using a refurbished part. He didn’t charge us for any of the research or help and he didn’t push putting a faulty part in the appliance just to earn a fee. I so appreciated his honesty and would absolutely call him again if I ever have another appliance repair issue.

Kal's knowledge of GE appliances is excellent. He fixed my refrigerator without the need of replacement parts and was able to obtain the necessary parts for my dishwasher overnight.
